All of us experience challenges at certain times in our lives – family
tensions, work or relationship problems, loss and confusion.
Sometimes, negative childhood experiences can have a long-term
impact, leading to struggles with inner feelings such as emptiness,
fragility and low self-esteem.
These very real and human difficulties offer an opportunity for
growth. As a qualified, experienced Psychosynthesis
Counsellor/Therapist, I offer a safe,
caring and confidential space in which you have the support to
explore whatever is challenging you.
I have been in private practice since 1997 and have worked with a
wide range of issues including:
The Psychosynthesis approach is a holistic way of working, embracing
our mind, body and feelings.
It has often been described as “psychology with a soul”.
Psychosynthesis values the soul as the source of our psychological
health.
Through Psychosynthesis Counselling/Therapy sessions, you are
supported to discover your own inner wisdom.
I offer a space where you are accepted for who you are, a space
where you will be deeply listened to, and invited to step into who
you could be …
I use many powerful techniques to facilitate this process including
dreamwork, guided visualisation, role-play, drawing, and reflective
conversations.
Psychosynthesis Counselling/Therapy sessions take place weekly. Our work can be either short
or long-term.
As a registered member of the BACP and the United Kingdom Register
of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I adhere to their professional
guidelines and code of ethics.
